When I close a game, the gpu gets stuck in 100% usage. 

Task manager shows usage at 0% but MSI Afterburner shows 100%. Temperatures also get a bit high. 

Killing AMDRSServ.exe in taskmanager fixes the problem.

Please fix this annoying bug.

GPU: RX570 4GB

I notice that bug when using any of the last 4 adrenalin drivers, on my secondary rig I'm using a RX 570 8GB. So i always use Enterprise driver 21.q3 for my RX 570 which is faster than those adrenalin drivers and that bug went away.
