getting multiple eventid 7000 and random computer freezes

I'm getting random system freezes with a continuous static noise through my headphones. Computer can only be recovered by switching it off via the power button and back on. No blue screen. Happens randomly while watching videos on youtube or playing games, but not while idling. The most frequent crashes happen when I play Slay the Spire or Final Fantasy IX (or watching videos of them). Audio via stereo headphones, as I already replaced my old Kingston HyperX Cloud due to it seemingly being notorious for producing crashes.

System: Windows 10 Professional

CPU: Intel i7 6700k

Cooler: Corsair H75 Liquid Cooler

RAM: Corsair CMK32GX4M4A2133C13 32GB

GPU: R9 Fury X

SSD: Samsung 950 Pro NVMe

HDD: Seagate ST2000DX001 & ST2000DM001

Board: ASUS ROG Maximus VIII Hero

PSU: Corsair AX860i

Headset: Corsair HS50

Display: ASUS VG245H

All drivers are up to date as I already tried basically anything before posting here (updating drivers, checking interior, stress testing). The only things popping up in my event log are two 7000's with amdacpksd and amdacpusrsvc having file not found (paste below). The interesting thing is, that I already did a clean install of the graphics driver. I uninstalled everything first, rebooted and reinstalled the latest driver (version april 22 2019).
