a few months ago the general tab, the streaming one ( i t hink there was a streaming one ) and the instant replay and recording feature/settings disappeared. i didnt change anything, i tried to clip something and noticed the mark at the top right (that shows you can use instant replay) was gone. i seen that lower end laptops without desktop gpus dont have these but i have an rx 570 in a pc i built and used instant replay for a long time.
