My laptop is HP Pavillion 15-ab035ax

Running Windows 10 Home Single Language

With 8 GB RAM .

AMD A8 7410 with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics 2.2ghz

AMD Radeon R7 M360 2 GB linked graphic card

All the games ("Need For Speed - Most Wanted", "Need For Speed - Carbon", "Counter Strike - Global Offensive") are lagging even when the system is running on High Performance Mode. The Graphic Card and other options are set to maximum.

Can someone suggest some solution to this issue?

Reduce the graphic details. The CPU is slow and graphics is slower, you're not going to game on it.

I don't think the solution suggested by you is in sync with the configuration.

Dedicated Graphics Card - 1GB

External Graphics Card - 2GB

Processor Speed: 2.2 GHz

These figures speak itself.

You can have a petabyte of RAM and VRAM but it's not going to make the graphics card any faster, and 2.2ghz in 2016 is not really anything which can be called fast.
