Games crash after updating to 19.11.3 from 19.9.2. RX 5700

I've been using my RX 5700 without any crashes for the last 2 weeks on 19.11.3. I decided to update to 19.11.3 to see if there was any optimization for Outer Worlds or Call of Duty and now Outer Worlds frequently crashes without errors. This occurred immediately after upgrading. I'm assuming a driver is in the works to fix this known issue but what is the best way to roll back to 19.9.2?

Download/save the 19.9.2 driver direct from amd driver site, start install from that full driver pkg., then choose custom > clean install.

Or if your looking for any other driver vers., scroll down to the 'Previous Drivers' link.
