I'm having an issue with a brand new computer I bought yesterday, which consists of me having very frequent 4-5 second stutters before returning back to a normal smooth performance.
This has been happening in some games, such as Death Stranding and Apex Legends, while in others like CS2 or Wolfenstein: The New Order, this doesn't seem to be an issue.
I have no idea what could be causing this issue and I am eager to find out the solution to this ASAP.
My specs are:
AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
Intel Core I7-11700K
BIOSTAR Group B560MX-E PRO
2x 16GB DDR4 Kingston RAM (KF3200C16D4)
