Freesync not supported message since updating to 20.1.3

Ever since updating to these new drivers i'm not able to turn on freesync for my 2 monitors, i was able to before on 19 and they are both on the supported list. is there any way i can fix this? has anyone else had the same issue? because i can't find any posts anywhere.

Monitors are VX2758-2KP-MHD and G2460VQ6

CPU: Ryzen 7 1700x

MOBO: Gigabyte AX370 Gaming K7

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200 64GB

GPU: Gigabyte Stock Vega 64

Must have messed something up if i'm the only one that seems to have the issue, i'll probably just try roll back.

This is still happening even after updating to 20.2.2. i don't want to just have to sit on 19 update forever

using one or two panels?

video card

motherboard

ram

 etc

2 screens listed up top connected via display port

Free sync was working prior to the 20 update.

And still doesn't work if i disconnect a monitor.

FreeSync is not well supported with a television.

Go get a gaming console if you want to use a television

I’m using 2 computer monitors. I don’t know where you got television from.

because you are using disparate panels the video card is hard pressed to figure it out

Like I said, even if I remove one entirely the option is still disabled.

check your panel OSD and see if it is enabled

do the same for both of them

The adaptive sync option was on in the OSD. 

I've managed to get it to work now by some combination of resetting settings on the monitor and driver and reinstalling the drivers again.

My panel also has to be set via OSD
