Hi,

I have Freesync problems since driver version 17.11.4.

In lower FPS the screen begins to flicker in every game.

Describe your system:

• AMD Graphics Card
  • RX VEGA 64 LC
• Desktop or Laptop System
  • Desktop
• Operating System
  • Windows 10 64bit
• Display Devices
  • Acer XB270HU on Displayport, 2560x1440@144hz
• Power Supply Unit  Make, Model & Wattage
  • 850W BeQuiet Darkpower pro
• RAM
  • 16GB

Describe your issue:

Heavy Freesync flickering in lower FPS < 50 since driver version 17.11.4, running version 17.11.3 everythink is fine

My guess is that the LFC-Algorithm is broken.

Does anyone have the same problem and/or a solution for this?

I like the new adrenalin driverfeatures but its not worth the flickering.

Exactly the same problem here with an RX 480 and a 29inch Ultrawide LG. All is fine on 17.11.2.

Interestingly though it happens at 60fps here too; doesn't matter if it's below 50 or not. The Freesync range of my display is only 40-75Hz. Enhanced sync is disabled so it's not that interfering.

DDU and roll back to 17.11.2 fixes it.
