I´ve been having this problem with FPS in all games. My laptop is new. I have installed the last driver from AMD (Adrenaline 2020) cleanly with DDU. I downloaded Ryzen controller, change the TDP, change the thermal paste, and STILL THE SAME. One thing I realize is that My computer is not detecting my GPU or something when I play (Attacched image).
