So, from a year and a half I've been having flickering issues on the lockscreen after restart post driver installation followed by a "your computer needs to be restarted to finish setting up device pcie bus" notification as soon as I get onto my desktop on my Sapphire RX 580 8GB Pulse, the issue used to happen on the newest driver but now it also happens on the older ones that are signed WHQL.
Before that, everything that had to appear used to come and go as and when the driver installation wizard reached 100%, so all that was left to do in ther user's side of things is just restart.
I've already tried options like:
Reseating the card
Updating motherboard BIOS
Installing drivers with and without the internet turned on.
Disabling fTPM as I heard it causes stutters in my motherboard's BIOS changelog once.
Tried using a new HDMI cable of the same specs as the old one, also tried using HDMI cables that's a little more high in bandwidth.
Reinstall the stock vbios off of TechPowerUp.
Is this a normal problem? Does anyone else face this?
