Hi .
I have test almost everything and my screen still have black border or is too much zoom in 1080 . i cant figure it out . Since some update that remove scaling option in ccc i cant change it . And if i go in radeon setting and set gpu scalling on with full panel it dont work . So is there a way to do manual scalling like in previous driver ? Please help me , i dont wanna go back to old one .

You can access overscan options via Radeon Settings > Preferences > Additional Settings.
I'm having the same problem, namely that the scaling options have been completely removed from the Additional Settings with the 16.4 update making it impossible to adjust (and leaving me with a massively overscaled screen).
I have Windows 10 with an R9 290 graphics card and an FX 6300 processor.
Having the same problem.The update got rid of the over/underscale option slider. All I have left is the choice between; maintain aspect ratio, scale image to full panel size, and use centered timings. All of those choices do nothing to fix the problem.

i am having the same problem, i updated today and now it is not showing in the (AMD Radeon settings) menu. it showed it the (AMD catalyst control center) before updating

Like killakitfox said i dont have the option anymore in CCC and under radeon settings it does nothing . The only tabs i have in CCC now is desktop management and my digital flat panels but nothing about scaling . I guess im gonna have to wait for a fix .
