I have the Adrenalin 22.11.2 Recommended (WHQL) driver running on a RX 6500 XT card. 

During the fifa 23 game play, it performs quite smooth (around 60 fps at median to high graphic setting). There is no FPS drop noticed. 

The issue is the animation/replay scene after scoring or during penalty as well as corner kick. The FPS drops a lot.

In the half time, due to the animation in the back, FPS drops to 10-15 fps and it becomes very laggy to adjust player lineup.

Given that game play itself has no issue at all, this could be optimization problem.  I tried different setting in the driver control panel and had no lucky.  The default setting performs the best. 

Does anyone have the similiar issue?

Have the same issue, using RX 6600 card and same driver 22.11.2 Recommended (WHQL)

I also have the same problem. With my RX 6500 XT. In Med settings and or even Ultra quality in the game the fps is 75HZ (monitor maximum). But in replays it drops to 17Fps in replays and corners and to around 2-4FPS in ultra
