I have a SAPPHIRE PULSE RX 6600 XT OC 8GB GDDR6. Is there any way to reduce the fan speed below 20%? That's the minimum I can set.
As you can see, at 20% it goes to 1186 RPM and I would like to reduce that speed a bit more without going to Zero RPM. At about 800 RPM would be fine.
