Eyefinity tab missing

I am trying to make a 3 monitor setup display as 1 screen. Everything I have read says this setting is in an Eyefinity tab. 22.q4 is the current version of the software I have. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue in Adrenalin 22.11.2 

No Eyefinity Quick setup option in display tab. I have dual Samsung G5 32" Odessy displays and would like to use them as one extended desktop for my games. Any other workarounds available? Eyefinity Pro doesn't seem to work.
