When will Eyefinity be supported for Adrenaline? I have 2 Samsung Odessey G5 curved monitors and would like to run some games full screen across them. I have been waiting for 5 months now. Please let me know if there might be another option to get them extended as one full screen display.

Specs: 

Win11 Pro x64, DDR4 64gb RAM, CPU- AMD Ryzen9 5900x, GPU-Radeon RX 6700xt

Motherboard- Aorus Master B550

Is the issue with the RX 6700xt GPU? Eyefinity Pro not working either. Any other work arounds or apps available?

It should be there. Settings - display and the bottom.

Maybe you should reinstall the driver, it's common for windows to overwrite drivers leading to missing functionality. I wish they would stop that.
Rather you should use AMD Cleanup Utility first  https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601
