eyefinity black bars

Describe your issue:

I use a 3 monitor setup with 1 1920*1080 screen and 2 1280*1024 screens. and when I use eyefinity the screen always stays at a maximum resolution of 1024. Even when i set the settings to expand,      the other 2 1024 screens do expand but the 1080 screen just stays at 1024, while it says that it is on 1080.

     So the problem:

changing eyefinity mode from "fit" to "expand" the resolutions changes from 4480x1024 to 4480x1080 but I still got the black bar in the center screen and the pixel scale is not 1:1 anymore. I guess           it looks like the 1080p picture is squeezed to a height of 1024 px.

I hope I am not too confusing.

Thank you,

Beunhaas

Re: eyefinity black bars

This is expected behavior.

The Eyefinity configuration is going to select the lowest common resolutions (Horizontal & Vertical) so it's limited ti 1024 and the 1080 monitor will have black bars.

no, i fixed them i don't know how long ago and it worked but I changed a monitor to landscape for streaming and now I've changed them again for racing into the normal config and I got the black bars
