I have a Radeon HD 7670 with intel i5 4th gen. The ram is 8gb and my OS and system is both 64x. After I open an application like VRchat or any apps in blustacks or any other player, the screen becomes black after a few moments and after it becomes normal, I got my application crashed. But my Minecraft is doing good. Can you give me some suggestions? Any suggetion is appreciated.

Try other drivers and if that doesn't solve your problem, your graphics card may be defective.

Did you check the temperatures ?

Do a clean install using DDU in safe mode

I did clean installation two times. But it doesn't work. Now I'm having another two problem "DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG" and "Could not create texture "(null)" error code 887a0005".
