See if this VMWare website about how to download and install ESXI Async drivers: https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2005205

This is for ESXI versions 6 & 7. You didn't mention which specific ESXI driver you wanted to download.

Here is AMD B450 CHIPSET and RAID drivers: https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/b450

From the first link VMware Compatibility Guide: https://www.vmware.com/resources/compatibility/search.php?deviceCategory=io

See if it has the driver you are looking for and where to find it.

Hi Elstaci

I didnt expect such quick answer thx 4 that, but...

First of all I know how to install VIB in ESXi, issue is that AMD did not relesed drivers for RAID on B450 chipset.

I can access disks if they are in AHCI mode, but I would love to have raid.

Only one driver that I was able to find for ESXi was for some fancy graphic card.

I know it's not supported by vmware, but it i would be glad if AMD relese drivers not only for Windows on their website

regards

Open a AMD Service Request (Official AMD SUPPORT) and ask them if they have a RAID driver for ESXi from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form.

I suspected that you were very familiar with installing ESXi but I added it because I thought maybe you can open a ticket with developers of ESXi or post your question in their forum.

Note: I was thinking maybe you can post your question at Developer's AMD Forum and see if it is relevant in any of the Developer's forums at AMD. The Moderator will switch it over if he feels it is relevant and to the relevant Developers Forum from here: https://community.amd.com/t5/newcomers-start-here/bd-p/newcomer-forum

If this concerns a Server environment then you can post your question here: https://community.amd.com/t5/server-gurus/ct-p/amd-server-gurus

Esxi is not a supported OS so there is not a driver available.

Windows 10 is supported with your configuration, so you need would need to use this OS.
