I just noticed that My CPU shows as not meeting minimum requirements for ESO.  I have an AMD Ryzen 5 1500X.  The min listed for ESO is : Intel® Core™ i3 540 or AMD A6-3620 according to ESO.  Running at 92.9 FPS with an Excellent rating from the driver.

Just some feedback from a loyal AMD fan

 Whatever program you used to find out if your PC meets the minimum Requirements for Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) must be faulty or you misread the information.

According to ESO Recommended Requirements it needs, at least, a AMD CPU FX4350 which is weaker compared to a Ryzen 1500X.

Both have 4 cores.

Try seeing if you still get the same results from these gaming website to run that game:
