@BlacklLlist Since you did the DDU and your still having the issue I would first report it to AMD then I would do the DDU again and go back to a driver that was working you previously before this one.

There are a lot of people on YouTube having issues with this driver here's the link - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IMXE3N8y2b8&lc=UgwADZz65O9SXY5p1i54AaABAg.9MPGyfje6-H9MQHiHcJpfs

I don't remember working driver version because after my laptop un use 1 year my laptop screen Black screen after boot logo window, i format disk C in setup instalation and reinstal using windows 10 newest version after that driver instalation is BSoD thred stuck in device driver persist to now , i try to all exist old driver AMD date release 2016 from manufature website is same error

PS your link is no use , i cannot even instal grapic driver how can configure it ? And i have search to in youtube just solution from youtuber is to escape from BSoD and just using basic driver display adepter to use laptop normaly not fixing instalation driver

@BlacklLlist The USB itself is it from the Laptop manufature? Like my Acer Laptop I had the same issues until I got the E-Recovery USB from them directly.

What USB ?

USB instalation window ? No i am iso from internet using rusuf to create usb bootable

My laptop is old product from 2015 i don't know if costumer service would respond

@BlacklLlist That's what I mean you used a usb bootable, I would try to reach out to them mine is 4 years old itself in December

Or look up "Recovery Media" from your laptop manfacture

You need to include your processor and/or graphics models, and Win10 build vers. in your post.

Not many trust going to links, so if your specs are visible in post someone may be able to offer further suggestions

You have windows insider preview, use the driver supplied from MS.

The regular drivers from amd are for the rtm versions, they can be hit or miss on insider previews.

Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T..
