Error 182 but my cant send a ticket [SOLVED]

 Describe your issue:

  • I bought this Lenovo Legion 5 a few days ago. I installed AMD Adrenalin Edition and worked just fine. Next morning, I could not launch the software and now I get error 182 when trying to reinstall it. 
  • I have tried the autodetect tool, versions 22.5.1, 22.6.1 and older versions. I have run Restoro. 
  • I try to issue a ticket but AMD support page does not work. It just keeps loading and loading but my ticket is never sent. 
  • EDIT: The task manager showed both my RTX 3060 and the Radeon graphics card but now it only shows the RTX 3060
