Hi there, new to AMD, always used Nvidia.

System:

X570 Gigabyte Master MB

3900XT CPU

RX 5700XT CARD

32GB RAM

SSD Harddrives

Latest Drivers 20.10.1

latest Win 10 up to date.

Games run smooth without either instant replay or Record desktop enabled. When i enable them, it stutters badly either in full screen or windowed modes. I also can't get the hotkeys working when the game runs, they work outside of the game, but upon launch = nothing, I have tried to change them to no avail. I have removed drives and tried again, but still no go.

I'm relatively experienced and able to work through problem solving but this one I can't figure out.

Nope I had the same problem since 20.4.1 on my RX590 ... without ReLive all fine... If ReLive enable micro-stutting every 3-4 seconds.

Here is the rub: I sold an intel 9900K + MB and a RTX2080Ti a couple of months ago to jump camps and support the underdog AMD, and I'm planning on getting the 5950X and 6900XT when they release at least I was. Now though I'm a little bit freaked out that I still won't be able to record in game videos, which I love doing!

Yikes, I really don't want to go buy a 3080.
