The problem is not your graphics chip...it's your APU.

""The AMD A10-4655M is a mobile low-voltage (LV) quad-core processor codenamed "Trinity".

AMD A-Series A10-4655M Notebook Processor - NotebookCheck.net Tech

These versions support DX12...older ones do not.

AMD A4/A6/A8/A10-7000 Series APUs (codenamed “Kaveri”)

AMD A6/A8/A10 PRO-7000 Series APUs (codenamed “Kaveri”)

AMD E1/A4/A10 Micro-6000 Series APUs (codenamed “Mullins”)

AMD E1/E2/A4/A6/A8-6000 Series APUs (codenamed “Beema”)

Really? that sucks so bad, i thought it was compatible because i had an A10 APU & 7000 integrated GPU... oh well, gonna make a VR PC in about a year, i'll probably see all the advantages then, was hoping to see a little preview of DX12 and wddm 2.0...
