Solved! Go to Solution.
The problem is not your graphics chip...it's your APU.

AMD E1/A4/A10 Micro-6000 Series APUs (codenamed “Mullins”)
AMD E1/E2/A4/A6/A8-6000 Series APUs (codenamed “Beema”)
I've updated my drivers to the new 15.200.1062.1004 ones, but still no luck...
I'd love someone to explain to me what this means....

Really? that sucks so bad, i thought it was compatible because i had an A10 APU & 7000 integrated GPU... oh well, gonna make a VR PC in about a year, i'll probably see all the advantages then, was hoping to see a little preview of DX12 and wddm 2.0...
APU AMD A10 5750M (and others similar) is the problem in this case with it's HD8650G graphic! I hope that fixed drivers arrive soon! You can't get DirectX 12 support even if your system has the compatible dedicated GPU (like HD8750M or HD8970M).
Everybody have the same problem, look:
Serious DirectX 12 and AMD drivers problems on mobile platforms with AMD APUs
AMD A10- 5750M(Radeon HD8650G) + Radeon HD8970M - no directx 12 support
directx 12, windows 10 and AMD HD 8750M
dxdiag still shows me DirectX 11.2 & WDDM 1.3... where is DirectX 12 & WDDM 2.0?
17.5.1 doesn't update directx 12 on W10
I have an AMD A10-5757M APU with Radeon HD 8650G. Does this not support DX12?

Not so. No matter how many places you post this.
