Hey I just bought a laptop with an Ryzen 3-3200u, Radeon Vega 3 graphics and 8Gb of ram in dual channel.

I have 2 questions:

1. Should I use the latest driver or will an older one give me more performance (any 2019 driver)?

2. Some games I have installed are not in the "games" section of the driver and I wanna know if the driver's global configuration will apply to them even if I don't add them by searching through the folders.

1) There's not a ton of performance to be had, so use the driver which causes the least amount of issues in the applications you use.

2) The global settings apply when no game specific profiles are created.
