The HD7470m is a laptop GPU card which isn't supported by AMD Driver updates anymore (Legacy). You can download the last AMD drivers for your laptop from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-hd/amd-radeon-hd-7000m-series/amd-radeon-hd-7470m
BUT if your laptop has a AMD Processor (APU) then you MUST download the AMD APU Driver from AMD Download page. It will install both the integrated and discrete AMD drivers.
If your laptop has a Intel APU then you must install the latest Intel Graphics and CHIPSET and BIOS version available before installing the latest AMD GPU driver.
The best way to update your Laptop drivers is by installing the latest drivers from your Laptop manufacturer's Support page. These drivers are 100% compatible with your laptop. If the Laptop's manufacturer's Support download page has a Graphics driver around the same year as AMD you should use the Manufacturer's Graphics driver rather then AMD driver.
