After updating to windows 11 I notice that the newest 21.9.2 driver has some issue. After fresh instal (after 1-2 days) the "streaming" tab dissapear and overclocking settings goes to standart.

AMD doesn't officially support Windows 11 until it is released to the public.

So you have a choice of waiting til Windows 11 becomes official and then check the AMD Drivers available for download after the date of Windows 11 release or open a Microsoft Support ticket.
