I have updated my graphics drivers (AMD Radeon HD 8600M and AMD Radeon HD 8610G) automatically and manually, it says that “the best drivers are already installed” but when i open up my AMD software app it says “no AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly” i think i’m only using my integrated graphics, as i am experiencing low fps when gaming, how can i fix this?

Is your monitor plugged into your GPU or your mobo? If you are plugged into the motherboard, then you are using onboard graphics unless connected via your GPU. Are you saying that you are using 2 AMD GPU's? You should only need one driver for 8610 and that should be it. The 8610 is part of the 8600M series. You can try using the DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) tool to do a fresh install of the proper driver.
