Driver install wont even start

Trying to install the latest and greatest driver for my AMD Radeon RX 570.

I've downloaded the install, double clicked on it, and the install just wont start. I've right clicked on the install and tried "Run as Administrator", nothing. Nothing happens. No window opens, nothing starts and pauses or stalls. Just...nothing.

I've tried downloading and installing the Driver Update Tool....That install also will not start.

I've had this problem for 2 years now.

Hoping someone here has an idea for a fix?

Anyone? Anyone?  Please help

I think I just stumbled on the answer.

I right clicked on the install, and looked at Properties. Hoping to find al alternative to "Run as Administrator".

There is a checkbox I can say I've never seen before -  "Unblock". 

Check the box...and install runs just fine.
