CPUs don't use drivers.

Generally windows has intrinsic cpu support, and any updates for the architecture are all on widows update

drivers for integrated graphics has bundled the cpu and gpu components for amd's apu products in addition to intel's sandy bridge onward

windows 10 interacts more with the uefi bios for events etc compared with previous versions
