So I recently got handed over a AMD Radeon 580 RX from a friend and I am running into a weird issue that I simply cannot resolve.
Any game After 2017 that I try to launch, immediately encounters the following.
Game freezes
I lose all audio to everything
Receive Graphics Drivers have crashed notice
50/50 the game is still running in the background with Audio playing
I have to use task Manager to close.
Typically occurs after 1-5min of play, or when I leave the loading screen.
This occurs on games like Valheim, which is not a graphically intensive game, so I am thinking it is some sort of coding issue.
I can play games like the Witcher 3 on medium graphics perfectly fine. Crank it up to High and we get Drivers Crashing.
Yes I have the latest version of the Drivers installed.
I have messed with the settings up and down the tree, but I still cannot find a resolution, and in todays GPU market I can't afford to blow 1800$ on one.
Anyone have any ideas?
