Hello guys, sry for my English 
In chrome, my mouse sometimes lags and when I watch a stream on twitch, the video stutters.
For my problem I know the solution, go to chrome://flags and change Angle from Default to d3d9.
What is causing this problem? Is it the video card drivers?

Specs:
Gigabyte b450 aorus pro Bios updated to F60 
Ryzen 5600x
Rx 6700 xt sapphire 
16gb ram
WIndows 10 22H2

same problem with my 5700xt , shutter mouse in photoshop 2023, chrome , edge , in firefox no shutter, al drivers fail for me again the version 22.5.1 , this driver work perfect but i do not can play warzone 2 with this version driver.

my system intel 7900x rx5700xt 64gbs ram corsair dominator and windows 1122h2

AMD had[still has?] issues with hardware acceleration in various applications. You can disable it and see if it improves your experience.
