I have a RX 580 that is like a couple of months old. I was using my Vega 11 APU before and I can hit 70+ fps on low-med settings on Dota 2 but when I switched to 580 I can't even have a stable 60fps on High Settings. I know for sure that my RX 580 can hit higher frames than this, because I played RDR2 with 80+ stable on Medium. Does anyone know how can I resolve this problem? Thanks for the help!
