I'm trying the command xrandr --setmonitor Eyefinity auto "DisplayPort, DVI-D-0"

This is my output

output list DisplayPort, DVI-D-0
add monitor DisplayPort
output name DisplayPort
add monitor  DVI-D-0
output name  DVI-D-0
xrandr: cannot find output

I'm not sure if it matters, but I normally see that command used without quotation marks around the outputs and without a space after the comma between outputs, ie something like:

xrandr --setmonitor Eyefinity auto DisplayPort,DVI-D-0
