Display devices running into errors

Specs:

  • AMD Radeon RX 460
  • ASUS
  • Windows 10 64-Bit
  • Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition 17.50.17.03
  • Standard Laptop Display
  • American Megatrends Inc. X550IU.300, 10/21/2016
  • AMD FX-9830P
  • 8GB RAM installed

My issue:

A few days ago, I noticed my Radeon Settings would not open. Per other questions and responses, it was recommended that I do a clean install of my drivers. After completing the clean install, I noticed that my display adapters were not functioning properly. I looked in my device manager and saw that they were disabled due to running into a problem. I checked looked for other people reporting similar issues and after uninstalling, reinstalling, attempting rollbacks and restores, I've found myself constantly looping back to the same issue. When I try to play my games now, they are running at about .2 frames a second. When I attempt to open Radeon Settings now it gives me the error "Radeon Settings are currently not available. Please try again after connecting AMD graphics." Any help on this matter is appreciated.
