Hello everyone!
I have the following system:

CPU: i5 4590

16Gb DDR-3 RAM

Motherboard: MSI-B85-G43

GPU: RX 5700 XT

Today I purchased this video card in the store, installed it, however, after installing the driver, DIRECTX stopped working on my computer. I tried to remove the old drivers from the GTX 960 video card using the DDU, then put the driver version 19.7.1, but nothing helped. Then I did the same thing, but I installed driver 19.7.2, a similar situation. Please help who solved this problem. OS version - windows 10 64bit, 10.0.10586.

Also, I can not run the diagnostics directX, there is a crash and an error.

Before suggesting anything, I would check your Windows OS for corruption.

Run in a elevated Command Prompt or Powershell - SFC /scannow.

After is finishes, see if it mentions about repairing any files. If it says it repaired some but couldn't repair others then you need to run: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

After running those two commands,see if DiagDX starts working again.

This is for Windows 10 Operating System.

They released Adrenalin 19.7.3 overnight.

Remove your old drivers using DDU first while Windows is in safe mode then install the new version.

It's much more stable with a lot of fixes.
