Denon HTPC

6 years using open frame i5 4460 with NVidia 970 for first HTPC thru Denon 988 AVR and Sony TV.  All HDMI 1.3 cables for 1080p MKV BD movies and iTunes audio library. All files on local drives. Never a problem..

I built a 5600G atx with mini case for very small hide away HTPC using integrated Radeon....

Now...Broken video and locked up itunes. VLC works the best out of the lot but artifacts when jumping ahead or back. MPC-HC.1.7.13.x64 will no longer bit stream. Did the driver, hdmi cable and monitor switcheroos. When in sound panel checking on AVR settings, up pops your "device has been removed".  The Denon is still there...  When all drivers deleted, Windows installs a generic HDMI driver that works fine sans all the multichannel codecs.

Need some ideas guys! TIA

Never mind, LOL, all returned to Amazon. The AMD drivers are broke so will build new slower Intel based Nvidia based HTPC.
