I'm trying to use 1280x960 on cs go but my screen is cut off, sorry for bad english.
my monitor is only 1600:900
and i use super resolution on
stick to the native resolution which will have the best performance
what do you have for a rig?

you panel seems to be 1600x900 which is an uncommon screen resolution
it only has VGA while most modern panels now have HDMI and DisplayPort
Given the problems it might be better to find a new panel now that they are so much more affordable.
i use 1280x1024 on games and i dont get any type of bug
I still think you should look around for a new panel with HDMI on it, that will be far less of a headache long term
