Fresh Install WINDOWS 10 x64 PRO + 16.12.1

Gigabyte R9 380 4G (Stock)

NO 3rd party programs installed a.k.a Afterburner.

I dont have freesync monitor.

All my system is stock NO O.C.

Temp's are fine (Air 540 Case, good airflow)

I have some flickering from time to time in CS:GO, never had this problem before...

I will test some other games (donwloading now, and report back)

I just installed 16.12.1 on my PC with MSI Gaming R9 380 4 GB and Gears of War 4 is flickering also. Guess I am going to revert back to the old driver and skip this one.

im having the same problem i have an Saphhire Nitro r9 380 4 GB and when ever i try to play halo 5  pc forge .the screen starts to flick on on off like crazy have to completely  close the game to get it to stop.
