Crackling sounds from HDMI\DP ports when Instant Replay enabled

Bought a new videocard 6650 xt 2 days ago. I ran into a problem in Radeon ReLive when instant replay or record desktop is turned on, my DP ports and HDMI ports on videocard starts making "crackling" sounds. If i playing game just with recording i dont have this sound. I even have no idea how to solve this problem.

Do you mean you hear sounds out your speakers? HDMI/DP ports are usually for video unless you use them for your audio too.

I'm asking because it's not often I hear about people using the HDMI/DP ports for audio and that is one thing I'd like AMD to remove from their driver package, or make it an option during install.

Nope, i hear sounds directly from ports. Like the wires did not entered well. 

Its not the problem in my headset or drivers. Maybe drivers, because i heard sound only when instant reply is active. And i have the process on my pc "radeon host service etc..."

Maybe its a problem with my gpu, but i don't know correctly
