Why is my Ryzen 5 3500u not boosting past 3.1ghz and it doesnt even sustain itself at 3.1ghz it stays at it for 10 seconds and drops to 2.5 ghz shortly after all my temps are perfectly normal with no overheating and the cpu wont go past 10 watts of power wheres under full load it should be drawing 15 watts of power
