Hello, just purchased a laptop and i'm trying to update the cpu drivers. i downloaded the tool but it keeps giving me error 195, tried disabling both windows defender and bitdefender, and i ran it as an admnistrator, but nothing. Any help? is there a way to download them manually and install them offline? or anything else i can do?
