Hello,

I am helping my cousin build his first PC but we ran into a problem. The computer boots but I cannot access the BIOs. I've tried using a USB and a PC/2 keyboard but nothing. I been reading many things but I cannot know for certain what of many things it could be. One thing though, he has a 5950x and I been reading that I need to update the BIOs in order to make the board compatible with the cpu but I can't update it because I cant get in the BIOs.  

His build, I will provide more exact info if needed.

Mobo: Tuf Gaming 570x Pro

GPU: RTX 3060

CPU: AMD 5950x

Cooling: Corsair H115i

PSU: Evga 850w

RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32gb

Go to Start window open > Settings > then Update & Security. Step 2: Check the Recovery window, click the Restart button now. Step 3: Click Troubleshoot button then > Advanced options > UEFI Firmware Settings. Step 4: Click Restart and your PC can attend BIOS.
