como baixar o driver anterior

instalei o driver 20.8.2 e minha placa de video é uma radeon rx 570 series, e esta horrivel esta versão e gostaria de instalar a 19.20 que era a minha anterior mas nao sei como.

Here is AMD Download page "Previous" AMD drivers for the RX570: https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/rade... 

The one being shown is the last 2019 AMD Drivers but there are more below that driver. Not sure what version you are talking about 19.20 since the last 2019 driver was version 19.12.3.

If version 19.20 is the actual AMD driver and not Driver package version then you need to check each of the Driver packages to see which one contains that specific AMD driver version.
