cnext.exe entry point not found error with recent driver updates

card amd raedon r7 370 4 gig version windows 10 64bit

Recent updates don't install properly at all when using clean install which is a problem for me as I like to use a clean install, which means I have to use an older version (17.72) as a work around just to get barely working updates

My AMD driver don't start automatically and when i try to start cnext manually it gives me this error:

After extensive check I discover that affected versions are the newer Catalyst v.19.3.1 Adrenalin 2019 and Catalyst v.19.4.1 Adrenalin 2019.

The older version Catalyst v.19.2.3 Adrenalin 2019 ED works just fine and don't give this error.

I guess i need to stick with the older version for now.
