Clean Install on Windows 22621

Soa, I have installed the latest version of Windows 11. Windows 22621. When I try to install the AMD driver, I get the error message 1603. The tips on the Internet all do not work. How can I install the AMD driver on Windows 22621?

Suppose you read/tried suggestions in the 1603 help article, but the other possibility is the public amd drivers are not tested/qualified for insider builds (they have its own driver supplied).

Only Win.11 21H2 is listed as compatible in driver release notes.
