Hello,
I don't have and can't install Catalyst control center on my Acer laptop after upgrade to Windows 10. My graphic card is ATI Radeon HD4570. As I see on the AMD website there is not proper driver package for Mobility HD 40** family. The main problem is that without CCC I can't configure my LED TV as I want to.
Does anyone knows what to do?

Revert back to Windows 7.
Your graphics card does not meet the minimum requirements for Windows 10. Windows will install a basic driver that does not offer the function you are missing.

Have you tried running the installer in compatibility mode?
Actually Windows update has installed some AMD driver which works fine. I just can't install AMD Catalyst™ Control Center. Nevertheless I've managed to solve this issue for now. I changed the values of registry keys responsible for Display scaling control to zero so now the display scaling fits perfect to my LED TV. I'll leave it this way.
Yes, I have tried. But there isn't a proper driver package for my GPU. I have also tried to install previous driver package (for windows 7/8.1) as many people did succefully but it didn't work for me.
