I've got a 280x (Sapphire Vapor-X) that was missing VSR on 15.7 on Windows 8.1 and 10 (upgraded last night). I just upgraded to 15.7.1 and I'm still missing VSR. I can file another bug report if you want, but I was wondering if 15.7.1 was expected to fix missing VSR support (since I didn't see it in the fixes listed).
Qnix 2710 (one of the more popular Korean monitors out there) over DVI with a native resolution of 2560x1440, which I'm running it at. I'm not using any of the driver hacks or anything to overclock it, it is running default 60hz.
The issue is that your GPU is already running at it's maximum supported resolution.
If you were connecting to a 1080 panel, you would see the VSR option which would allow you to scale up to 2560x1440 and then downsample it to 1080.
