Cant install Radeon RX5700 Drivers (amdgpu-pro) on Ubuntu 20.04

Hi Support Community, 

I have been struggling for weeks now trying to get my RX5700 GPU Installed on Ubuntu 20.04

While the OS ships with GPU Support for the AMD Radeon RX5700,

I am unable to install the Pro Drivers which I desperately need to run advanced applications such as Da-Vinci Resolve for example.

When i try install the AMD Drivers from the AMD Driver Catalog, i get an error on installation.

My System OS Build is 5.8.0-38-generic

Please can someone assist me.

in the same boat with Ubuntu 20.04...
GPU is 6900XT though but still with a fresh install of ubuntu, i get nowhere due to amdgpu-dkms and some other packages... pretty stuck as of now...
