im using ana cer nitro 5, it has a ryzen 5 2500u with radeon vega mobile gfx (vega 8), i also have a different graphics card, 

the amd software said i should update my drivers so i clicked express upgrade but it said it couldnt identify my parts, so i went to the amd site to the bit where you can select your stuff to get a download that thing but i have no idea what driver i need and where to find it.

can someone help me trough it?
