I have a Sapphire NITRO+ RX 580 8G GPU and for some reason it wouldn't go over 1250 mhz even though it supposed to go up to 1411 mhz boost clock. I tried to overclock it but every time I set a clock speed and apply it, it instantly reverts back to 1250 mhz. I tried it in Adrenalin and MSI afterburner. What am I supposed to do? How can I overclock it?
Here is what exactly happens:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RdR0NDG2RPw&feature=emb_title
I have done a clean install with ddu and ticked off fast reboot in windows. I have used 20.2.2 and 20.2.1 drivers.

Looks like I've solved the problem. The Sapphire Rx580 nitro + comes with dual bios, a 'quite bios' and a 'performance bios' which you can switch manually on the card. I changed to the 'quite bios' and I was able to overclock that. I guess the performance bios is locked in the bios to a certain clock that's why I couldn't change it. I used these proflies to overclock in adrenalin 2020:https://community.amd.com/thread/245338
